Tatiana Busko

Tatiana Busko has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Tatiana currently holds the position of Product Owner - Payouts at Bamboo Payment Systems, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ualá, where they held multiple roles. From November 2022 to March 2023, they served as a Product Owner - Cuentas. Before that, they worked as an Analyst Sr. Producto Prepago from July 2020 to October 2022. In this role, they managed various payment methods and was responsible for the Tarjeta Prepaga Mastercard product. Tatiana also monitored KPIs, managed the P&L, and generated reports and presentations for the business. Tatiana's earlier experience includes working at Banco Columbia S.A., where they held the position of Analyst SSr. Producto Tarjetas from November 2017 to July 2020. Tatiana was responsible for the comprehensive management of credit card products, including campaign execution and monitoring throughout the customer lifecycle. Tatiana also worked as an Analyst Jr. Proyectos Estratégicos from August 2016 to October 2017 at the same company, with a focus on implementing the COBIS banking software and specializing in active products such as loans and credit cards.

Tatiana Busko attended UADE from 2016 to 2019, where they pursued a Licenciatura in Economics. In 2018, they completed a course in Project Management at Capacitarte.
