Amy Sakalian

Amy Sakalian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amy is currently the Head of Sales & Customer Success at Bamboo Rose. Prior to their current role, they worked at Backbone as the Head of Sales & Customer Success and Head of Client Success. Amy also held the position of Senior Manager, Client Support at Backbone. Before this, Amy worked at ERNO LASZLO as the Customer Service & Distribution Manager and at The RealReal as the NY Operations Manager. Amy began their career at MR PORTER, where they served as the Retail Operations Manager and Senior Retail Coordinator. Amy also worked at Thread as a Sales Manager. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, customer success, client support, operations, and retail management throughout their career.

Amy Sakalian attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fashion Merchandising. Amy also obtained additional certifications, including one as a Customer Success Manager from Startdeliver (obtained in 2022) and another in setting up Intercom for businesses from Intercom (obtained in 2021).
