Natalie Klauck

Natalie Klauck, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Natalie is currently the Director of Customer Onboarding and Education at Bamboo Rose, where they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Backbone, starting in 2019. At Backbone, Natalie held multiple positions, including Director of Customer Education and Onboarding, Senior Manager of Client Services, Senior Manager of Client Success, and Client Success Manager.

Before joining Backbone, Natalie worked as an Account Executive at MOO from February 2018 to April 2019. Natalie also served as an Associate Merchandiser at Spyder Active Sports from March 2016 to January 2018 and as a Business Analyst at Sports Authority from October 2014 to March 2016. Natalie began their career as a Recruiter at Insight Global from June 2013 to April 2014.

In addition to their professional experience, Natalie has a background in sports as a Student Athlete at Iowa State Women's Soccer from August 2009 to May 2013. Natalie also gained retail experience as a Retail Sales Intern at Nordstrom in May 2012 to August 2012.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University, specializing in Apparel, Merchandising, and Design, Merchandising, and Event Management/Public Relations, from 2009 to 2013. Natalie completed their high school education at Broomfield High School from 2005 to 2009.
