Kelsey Tarp, MBA, serves as the Director of HR Business Partners at BambooHR, leading a team responsible for employee relations and talent management since April 2023. Previously, Kelsey held roles at Amazon as a Senior Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, supporting significant client groups and spearheading initiatives in organizational health, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and talent retention.
