Tara Martell

Tara Martell is the VP of Customer Success at BambooHR. Tara has over 17 years of experience in education and leadership roles. Tara has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Utah. Tara began their career as a 6th grade math teacher in the Alpine School District. In 2002, they were selected to be a part of a district-wide math training team and played an integral role in the development and deployment of new curriculum district-wide. In 2003, Tara left the classroom to become an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University. In 2006, they joined Pebbles Inc. as an assistant manager. In their three years at Pebbles Inc, Tara was responsible for leading a team of customer success managers and providing world-class customer service. In 2009, Tara joined BambooHR as the VP of Customer Success. In their 10 years at BambooHR, Tara has built and grown the customer success team from the ground up. Tara has been instrumental in developing BambooHR's customer success strategy and has helped BambooHR become the leading HR software for small and medium businesses.

Tara Martell has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Brigham Young University, and they also attended Los Alamitos High School.

Tara Martell reports to Brad Rencher, CEO. They are on a team with Brian Crofts - Chief Product Officer, Ryan Ostler - VP, FP&A, and Trevor Ralls - VP, Operations.
