Lead Research Engineer at BAMF Health

Jeff VanOss has a long history of working in the engineering field. Jeff began their career in 2007 as an Engineering Intern at L-3 Communications Avionics Systems. In 2010, they took on two roles: Graduate Student at Grand Valley State University and GVSU Senior Project Team at Fulton Innovation LLC. In 2011, they were a Guest Student in the Small Animal Imaging Lab at the Van Andel Institute, where they researched and developed a Masters Thesis. From 2012 to 2015, they were an Embedded Engineer at DornerWorks, where they worked in teams to develop and test customer projects, did software testing for user interfaces of safety critical medical devices, and attended conferences for continued learning. From 2015 to 2019, they were an Image Processing Research Engineer at Gentex Corporation. Currently, they are a Lead Research Engineer at BAMF Health.

Jeff VanOss received their Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Calvin University in 2005-2006. Jeff then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Electrical & Computer from Grand Valley State University in 2006-2010. Finally, they completed their Master of Science in Engineering - Biomedical Engineering at Grand Valley State University in 2010-2012.
