Jens Forsberg

Jens Forsberg has been working in the field of health and science since 2002. Jens began their career as a Scientist at Uppsala University in 2002. In 2006, they moved to Lund University where they served as Administrative Director and Scientific Coordinator & Grant Manager. In 2008, they founded and owned ADAVAIL. In 2012, they joined Van Andel Institute as Scientific Project Leader for the DeVos Cardiovascular Research Program and the Office of the Research Director. In 2022, they began their current role as Project Leader - Grants at BAMF Health, where they are responsible for developing and leading the BAMF Health grants program.

Jens Forsberg completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Lund University between 1996 and 2002. From 2005 to 2006, they attended Blekinge Institute of Technology to pursue a degree in Public Health Science. In 1996, Jens Forsberg attended the University of Glasgow to study Biochemistry. Jens also studied Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Geology at Lund University between 1992 and 1995.
