Matt Guastella

Matt Guastella has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Matt started their career as an International Business Services Intern at Prudential Corporation Asia, where they analyzed demographic and turnover data to identify talent development gaps. Matt then worked as a Strategic Support Associate and Intern at Jackson, where they advised senior leadership, prepared anticipatory forecast visualizations, and trained incoming associates. Later, they joined Jackson National Asset Management as an Analyst in Fund Accounting, where they analyzed daily operations of mutual funds and presented data to external auditors. After that, they worked at Bridge Investment Group as a Financial Analyst II and III, where they developed financial models, executed quantitative analyses, and reviewed complex financial analyses. Matt then transitioned to Laboratory For Atmospheric and Space Physics as a Financial Analyst before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Financial Analyst. Currently, they are a Senior Financial Analyst at BAMF Health.

Matt Guastella attended Michigan State University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
