What YOU will do: Provide full-cycle recruiting for our Phoenix warehouse staff Review resumes and applications, phone interview, and recommend top talent for assigned positions Coordinate interview appointments, and provide decisions to internal and external applicants Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees Provide offer information to selected candidates, both verbal and written, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company policy Build positive relationships with candidates and new hires to assist with the facilitation of employee retention Effectively manage and track applicants, and provide weekly recruitment status updates to program and department leadership Ensure strong relationships are established with assigned Hiring Managers to create a positive experience for the Hiring Manager and candidates Support managers and candidates through time-sensitive onboarding activities and processes Manage sensitive and confidential data such as HR records and personnel files. Track and maintain team documents, files, templates, materials, and metrics in shared team drives. Manage the pre-employment background check process. Drive employee engagement and recognition program.

Who YOU are: Spanish Speaker is required** degree in marketing or business years of experience in warehouse recruitment or high volume recruiting communication skills, both written and verbal and able to work independently organized with exceptional attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with CRM systems or ATS systems

Why BAMKO? At BAMKO, we want you to be well and thrive. The compensation for this position ranges from $45,000-$75,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is performance based bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
