Danielle O’Neal is a seasoned professional in the life sciences sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Banc of California and Network Advisor at Correlation Ventures. With extensive experience, Danielle is also an Advisor at CircNova, Inc., which focuses on developing AI-driven circular RNA therapeutics. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of The Deal Mak(her)s and a former Executive Board Member of The Entrepreneur Forum, Danielle has demonstrated leadership in entrepreneurship and advisory roles. Prior to current positions, Danielle held key roles at Pacific Western Bank, First Republic Bank, Capital Advisors Group, OpenClinica, and Silicon Valley Bank, the latter where global life science business development was a primary focus.
