Ming Chang

Ming Chang's most recent work experience includes serving as the SVP Total Rewards at Banc of California since October 2021. Prior to that, Ming worked at MUFG where they held various roles, including VP, Compensation Consultant from January 2019 to October 2021, Business System Consultant from November 2013 to December 2018, and Business System Analyst from April 2009 to October 2013.

Ming Chang obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Ecology Behavioral Evolution from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
