Davide Pappadà

Davide Pappadà is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BPER Banca since November 2022, focusing on recruitment for the entire banking group following the acquisition of Banca Carige. With a career that began at Banca Carige spa in 1993, Davide has extensive experience in HR, having transitioned from front and back office roles to HR Senior Specialist, where responsibilities included recruitment and selection processes from 1999 to 2016. Davide also holds a law degree from the University of Genoa and has undergone various professional trainings, including certification in Persolog products.
