Annalisa Caprioli

Annalisa Caprioli currently serves as the Head of People Management & Culture at Banca CF+, a position held since January 2023. Previously, from April 2011 to January 2023, Annalisa worked at ING Italia, advancing from HR specialist roles to a Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included partnering with senior management on talent planning and development strategies.
