Daniela Urzica

Daniela Urzica has accumulated over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as the Head of CRM at BCR since March 2012. Prior to this role, Daniela held the position of Product Manager for Liabilities Products at BCR. From October 2006 to March 2012, Daniela worked at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, where responsibilities included serving as Product Manager and Contact Center Coordinator.
