Paula Covrig

Paula Covrig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paula started their career as a Project Manager at the Corona Foundation, where they managed EU funded projects and established relations with clients and partners. Paula then worked as an HR Coordinator at Conex Industrial Group, overseeing HR activities and implementing projects funded by the European Union. Later, they joined OMV as an HR Project Manager before transitioning to BCR as the Head of Recruitment & Development. In this role, they restructuring the recruitment process and reduced recruitment time and budget. After that, they co-founded Connect Mobile Telecom and served as the Head of HR & Business Development. Currently, they are the Head of Learning and Development at BCR, where they are responsible for creating and executing the Learning and Development multi-year strategy.

Paula Covrig obtained a Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School, completing their studies from 2023 to 2033. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Sociology from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași, which they successfully completed between 2002 and 2004. Paula had previously completed their Graduate studies in Sociology at the same university from 1998 to 2002.
