Roxana Paula Ghita

Roxana Paula Ghita has extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors, currently serving as an IT system analyst at Banca Comerciala Romana since July 2010, where Roxana is part of the Analysis team responsible for developing the core banking system. Prior to this role, Roxana worked as a software engineer at Raiffeisen Bank from July 2009 to June 2010 and held positions as analysis team leader and head of department at BCR from 2003 to 2009. Roxana's academic background includes a degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, completed between 1983 and 1988, and earlier education at Liceul "Mihai Viteazul" Bucuresti from 1979 to 1983.
