Simona Ciora has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simona started their career at the University of Bucharest as a Project Assistant from September 1999 to November 2001. Simona then joined Trend Consult Group as a Consultant from November 2001 to October 2004. Simona then moved to Citibank Romania as an HR Generalist from October 2004 to September 2008. Following that, they worked as an HR Coordinator and People Management at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania from September 2008 to April 2010. Simona then joined BCR, a member of ERSTE Group, where they held various roles including HR Manager for BCR Real Estate Management from April 2010 to February 2012, HR Business Partner from February 2012 to December 2014, and later became the Head of Recruitment and Talent Development from January 2015.
Simona Ciora has completed CIPD Qualifications, where they obtained an Associate degree. Simona also pursued higher education at the University of Bucharest, earning both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in History.
