Victor Dobre

Victor Dobre has over 15 years of experience in customer service and activation retention roles, currently serving as the Manager of Activation and Retention at BCR since April 2012, where Victor previously held positions as Specialist and Coordinator of the Contact Center. Prior to BCR, Victor worked at Walter Services Romania S.R.L. from September 2007 to March 2012, contributing as a Team Leader and Customer Service Agent. Victor Dobre earned a degree in Public Administration from the University of Bucharest in 2008.
