Carla Bertani is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefit at Banca Generali since February 2022. Previously, Carla held the position of Global Executive Compensation & Benefit Manager at Marelli from March 2021 to March 2022 and was the Head of Compensation & Benefit at BFF Banking Group from November 2019 to March 2021. Carla's expertise also includes roles at Willis Towers Watson as an Executive Compensation & Board Advisory specialist and at EY as a Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation & Reward. Early career experience includes consulting roles at PwC Advisory SPA and an internship at BNL, BNP Paribas Group.
