Massimo Lapucci

Non-Executive & Independent Director at Banca Generali

Born in Rome on November 22, 1969, he graduated in Economics and Commerce from the “La Sapienza” University. After extensive experience in international management consulting companies, mainly in the banking and corporate finance sectors, he was, among other things, Head of M&A and Strategic Planning of the Ferrovie Dello Stato group and Investment Director in “Sintonia SA”.

He is currently Secretary-General of the "CRT Foundation" in Turin. He holds the same position for the Development and Growth Foundation - CRT, a foundation focused on venture philanthropy and impact investing and he is also General Manager of the OGR-CRT company, center for contemporary culture, research, and business acceleration. It is independent of the Board of Banca Generali from April 2015, and also has international expertise in the board of advisory and boards of directors in Europe and America, including Atlantia, RFI, TX Logistik, organizations, and non-profits.

He is president of the European Foundation Center in Brussels. He is also Vice President of ISI Global Science USA and of the Social Impact Agenda for Italy. Since 2006 he is World Fellow and lecturer at Yale University USA.
