Sanja Djokic

Sanja Djokic is an experienced economic researcher currently working at Banca Intesa Beograd, focusing on macroeconomic and banking sector analysis, projections, and budget preparation since January 2023. Previously, Sanja held various positions at Intesa Sanpaolo in Italy from September 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing banking markets and competitive strategies. Sanja's extensive career at Banca Intesa Beograd spanned from 2002 to 2018, covering roles such as Organization and Business Process Manager, Market Research and Analysis Manager, and others, emphasizing business process management, market research, and profitability analyses. Sanja holds an MSc in Banking and Finance and a BSc in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from the University of Belgrade, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Banking & Economics at the same institution, focusing on banking systems research and crises analysis.
