Zorana Brankovic

Zorana Brankovic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and digital services. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member and Chief Operating Officer at Banca Intesa Beograd, Zorana oversees the Multichannel and CX department, defining strategies for digital channels while managing budgets and coordinating with stakeholders. Previous roles include Chair of the Digital Economy Committee at AmCham Serbia and Director of Professional Services at NF Innova, where Zorana managed project implementations and international projects. Zorana's career at Banca Intesa began in 2003, progressing from ICT Service/Product Manager to Head of E-services Unit, focusing on e-banking solutions. Zorana holds a Dipl.-Ing in Product Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at Univerzitet u Beogradu and completed a miniMBA at PWC.
