Maria Sardelli provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to national companies with a public administration matrix, as well as to companies operating in heterogeneous economic fields, in the form of consultancy on aspects of business activity through the identification of areas at risk of commission of offences, the detection and evaluation of the internal control system as well as the identification of corrective areas. He has gained significant experience in the field of Corporate Liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and in the techniques for the preparation of suitable Organization, Management and Control Models as well as the specific protocols required by the same decree. He holds the role of Supervisory Board and Board of Auditors in various companies, some of which are public companies.

Her working experience, which began in Rome at a leading firm dealing mainly with white-collar criminal law, continued in Milan from 2002 as of counsel for the Legal and Tax Firm "Coccia De Angelis Vecchio e Associati" until 2008, when, as a partner, she was entrusted with the management of the Criminal Department. Since January 2021 she has been part of LCA, a law firm specialized in corporate legal assistance.
