Carlotta de Franceschi

Carlotta de Franceschi is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners, LLC since July 2018 and has been the President and Founder of Action Institute, an independent non-profit bipartisan think tank, since 2012. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at ARCA Fondi SGR and Banca SISTEMA, Carlotta has extensive experience in governance, having held various board positions including Chairman of the Board at IRCCS Centro di Riferimento Oncologico and Chair of the Appointment Committee at Banca SISTEMA. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Värde Partners and CEO during the bank rescue at Veneto Banca. Carlotta has also contributed to the Italian Prime Minister's cabinet as a Senior Economic Advisor on banking and finance. Carlotta de Franceschi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Università Bocconi.
