Ing. Eduardo Occupati

Ing. Eduardo Occupati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, quality management, and process improvement across various industries. Currently, Occupati serves as the Vice President of Operations (COO) at Willis since June 2013, overseeing the development and execution of strategies in operations, technology, and risk engineering. Previously, Occupati held the position of Vice President of Quality and Processes at Bancaribe, leading initiatives to enhance customer and employee satisfaction through SIX SIGMA methodologies. A focus on continuous improvement was also evident in roles at Movilnet, Citi, and Toyota Motor Corporation, where Occupati contributed to service quality and operational excellence. Occupati holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana and an Advanced Management Program degree from IESA.
