Daniel Xavier

Daniel Xavier has extensive experience in the field of economics. Daniel currently holds the position of Chief Economist at Banco ABC Brasil since 2019. Before that, they worked as Chief Economist at DMI Group from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on reviewing economic and political scenarios and interacting with various stakeholders. From 2011 to 2018, they served as an Economist at Bradesco Asset Management (BRAM), where they monitored the economic outlook and financial markets in Brazil. Prior to that, Daniel worked as an Economist at Banco J.Safra de Investimento from 2009 to 2011 and as a Junior Economist at JSI Investimentos - Grupo Safra from 2006 to 2009. Daniel began their career as a Research Intern at MB Associados in 2004 and as a Project Intern at Invoice Assessoria em Gestão de Telecomunicações in 2003. Throughout their career, Daniel Xavier has gained expertise in financial markets analysis, forecasting, and database management.

Daniel Xavier attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master's degree in Financial Economics (MFE-CEAFE). Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Daniel has obtained certifications in topics such as Money Laundering Prevention and the National Conference on Statistical, Geographic, and Environmental Information.
