Roberta Cyrillo

Roberta Cyrillo has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial sector. Roberta began their career in 1990 as a Senior at Arthur Andersen and then worked at Citibank as a Manager from 1993 to 2000. Roberta later joined Morgan Stanley as a VP of Operations from 2000 to 2009. Following this, Roberta worked at Citi as a Treasury Products Auditor from 2013 to 2014 and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Business Compliance VP from 2015 to 2017. Roberta then moved to Santander Brasil where they held the position of Head of Operations and Services, Operations Executive from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Roberta is working at Banco ABC Brasil as the Head of Intelligence and Operational Performance, Operations Executive.

Roberta Cyrillo obtained a specialization in Gestão de Processos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2015. Roberta earned a Master's of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Ibmec between 1994 and 2000. From 1988 to 1992, they attended FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they completed their education at Pequenópolis from 1977 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Designer de Interiores from Escola Panamericana de Arte.
