Victor Hugo

Victor Hugo has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Victor started their career as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Fecomércio DF in 2012 before transitioning to a role as a Desenvolvedor Web - Estagiário at UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília. Victor then worked as a Técnico de Suporte Nível 1 at IOS Informática, Organização e Sistemas S.A. Victor then joined AGU - Advocacia-Geral da União as an Engenheiro de software e de requisito (Estagiário), where they actively participated in requirements gathering and software development process definition. Following this, they worked at RSI Informática as an Analista de Teste and Executador de Teste, responsible for test planning, execution, and defect management. Victor's next role was at Mirante Tecnologia as an Analista de Homologação, where they contributed to the development of new testing processes and tools. Most recently, Victor worked at act digital as the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer before joining Banco ABC Brasil as the Head of Quality Assurance in 2022.
