Dionisio Machuca

Dionisio Ismael Machuca Massis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level positions within banking and education. Currently serving as Vicepresidente Jurídico y Secretario General at Banco Agricola and as a Board Secretary for Gestora de Fondos de Inversión Banagricola, Dionisio has held pivotal roles within the Bancolombia Group since 2014. Previous positions include Secretary of The President of El Salvador for Legal and Legislative Matters and VP Legal at Scotiabank El Salvador. Dionisio has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of El Salvador and has been involved in significant legal and legislative initiatives. An educator as well, Dionisio was a Law Professor at Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado. With numerous advanced degrees and diplomas in law, finance, and management, including studies at INCAE Business School and other prestigious institutions, Dionisio possesses a robust educational background complementing a distinguished career in legal counsel and institutional leadership.
