Leandro Klisievicz

Leandro Klisievicz has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, with a strong focus on IT finance and Agile transformation. Leandro has held leadership roles at companies such as Bradesco and HSBC, managing large teams and budgets. Leandro's background includes positions as Head of Portfolio PMO, Head of Lean Portfolio and Agile Transformation, and IT Test Manager. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer at Siemens.

Leandro Klisievicz started their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana in 2003-2006. Leandro further pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Universidade Federal do Paraná in the same years. Later, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Universidade Positivo from 2007 to 2009. In 2009-2010, Leandro specialized in Project Management at ESI. In 2011, they attended the High-Performance Program in Leadership at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Additionally, Leandro has obtained various certifications in the fields of FinOps, COBIT, SAFe, MOP, and Six Sigma over the years.
