Thayna Mesquita is an experienced professional with a focus on agile transformation and process management. Currently serving as Gerente de Processos at Bradesco since October 2025, Thayna previously held roles at banco BV from March 2021 to September 2025, including Coordenadora de Agilidade, leading a team of Agile Masters and Coaches to promote organizational agility.
