Cristiane Vargas

Cristiane Vargas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and IT management. Currently serving as Head of the Transformation Office at Banco BV since April 2022, Cristiane focuses on driving a sustainable Agile Transformation to enhance customer centricity. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Serasa Experian from January 2003 to April 2022, including serving as IT Executive Manager, where Cristiane led an Organizational Transformation project that achieved remarkable productivity and cost efficiency.
