Tiago Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tiago started their career in 1992 at Millennium BCP, where they worked in technical and telemarketing roles. From 1992 to 1999, they served as the Director of Accounting at Finibanco. Tiago then moved on to roles in the fashion industry, working as the Franchise Manager for Throttleman/Boxer Shorts and later as the Expansion/Development Manager for Grupo Hozar, where they also managed the UK market for the Throttleman brand. In 2002, Tiago joined Skechers as the Sales Tools & Visual Merchandiser Manager. Tiago then worked as the Commercial Director (Sales & Marketing) for JOAQUIN BERAO SA, an international luxury brand of contemporary jewelry. Tiago also has experience in education, having taught at Porto Business School and IPAM - The Marketing School. In 2006, they joined Banco Carregosa as the Marketing Communications Manager and later became the Marketing Director. Currently, Tiago serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Banco Carregosa, overseeing marketing and communications for both Banco Carregosa and GoBulling. Additionally, they have held leadership positions in the Associação Portuguesa dos Profissionais de Marketing.

Tiago Fleming's education history is as follows:

Tiago completed an Executive Program in Digital Transformation & Business Ethics at IE Business School in 2018. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at Porto Business School.

In 2017, Tiago also attended an Executive Program in Digital Innovation & Strategic Leadership at Cornell University.

Before that, in 2015, they undertook an Executive Post Graduate program in Digital Marketing at Católica Porto Business School. From 2012 to 2013, Tiago pursued another Executive Post Graduate program, this time in Marketing New Trends, at the same institution.

Further back in their education, Tiago earned an Executive Master degree in Marketing & Sales from ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2002-2003.

Their earliest formal education is a Graduation degree in Business Management with a specialization in Financial Management from ISAG – Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão, which they completed from 1991 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, in April 2023, Tiago obtained the "Senior Marketer" certification from APPM - Associação Portuguesa dos Profissionais de Marketing.
