Marìa Elena Crausaz

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held a position as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro (2017-2019), practicing as a nutritionist in a private practice (2016-2019), and teaching at a labor training school, where subjects included applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food (2016-2017).
