Fernando Florêncio Campos

Employee of Banco do Brasil from 1984 to 2019, where he held, among other positions, Wholesale Commercial Superintendent (2006 to 2010), Executive of the Corporate Bank Board (2010 to 2015), Governance Director (2015 to 2016) and, finally , Statutory Director for Capital Markets and Large Corporate (2016 to 2019) and also Managing Director of BB Investimentos (2016 to 2019). He currently serves as a Member of the Statutory Audit Committee of the company ENEVA S.A. Graduated in Accounting Sciences, post-graduated in Administration/Financial Management and MBA in General Training for Senior Executives. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Elo Participações, BB Securities, Kepler Weber S.A. and Banco Patagonia; and the Audit Committees of BBTur Viagens e Turismo Ltda and Elo Participações. He was a member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee (CR) at Banco Votorantim (BV) and the Governance Committee at Cielo S/A.
