Pedro Bramont has been an employee of BB/BESC for 17 years. Since 2019, he served as Technology, Innovation and Business Officer at BB Seguridade, where he was also Executive Manager for Strategy and Finance. At the company, he led digital transformation projects in insurance, such as the Broto and Ciclic platforms. He has experience as board member in corporates and startups (IRB, Brasilcap, Car10 among others). At BB, Pedro Bramont worked at the Bank Acquisition Unit, Strategic Partnerships Unit and Strategy and Organization Office. Before BB, he was Strategy and Marketing Superintendent at Banco do Estado de Santa Catarina. He has a technical degree in Computing / Data (CEFET-SC), a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (UFSC), specializations in Business Engineering (PUC-PR) and Software Engineering (FIAP) and a Master’s in Knowledge and IT Management (UCB-DF), as well as executive trainings in Machine Learning (Imperial College Business School), Digital Business Strategy (MIT Sloan School of Management) and Business Innovation (IDEOu). He is the author of MaCGov (Maturity Model for Corporate Governance), which granted him 1st place in the Itaú IBGC – Academia award (2013).
