Telmo Rivadeneira has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Gerente de Operaciones at Banco Internacional Ecuador since March 2015. Prior to this role, Telmo held various positions at Banco Pichincha from July 1999 to March 2015, including Gerente Nacional Front Office, Gerente Regional Front Office, and Líder de Proyecto de Servicios, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of service models and operational strategies for customer service channels. Additionally, Telmo managed the administration and operation of numerous bank branches and developed corporate services to enhance client relations and transaction processes.
