Silvana Tinti

Silvana Tinti has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Diretora de Recursos Humanos at Safra since June 1997, where initial responsibilities included commercial roles across various segments, transitioning to human resources in 2011. Prior to this, Silvana held the position of Gerente Middle at BCN from November 1989 to June 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo and additional studies in Leadership and People Management at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
