Arturo Alvarez-Calderón

Arturo Alvarez-Calderón is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate sales and investment strategies. Currently serving as Vice President at Banco Santander Peru since May 2021, Arturo specializes in negotiating financial products and providing advisory services to corporate clients. Previously, from February 2011 to May 2021, Arturo held the position of Vice President of Global Markets at BBVA in Peru, focusing on similar responsibilities in financial product negotiation and client advisory. Arturo's career also includes roles at Scotiabank as a Commercial Manager in Corporate Banking, where business opportunities with corporate clients were managed. Arturo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima, graduating in 2009.
