Bina Ganatra

Bina Ganatra is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within Santander. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Projects for Corporate & Commercial, Bina oversees digital initiatives and projects. Prior to this role, Bina was the Senior Business Lead for Financial Crime Remediation at Santander UK, where significant responsibilities included implementing remediation strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Bina's career at Santander also encompassed positions such as Credit Portfolio Director and UK Sector Head for Professional Services. Bina has consistently delivered outstanding results, such as achieving 600% of the income target in a previous position as Business Development Director. Bina holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Huddersfield and has actively contributed to community initiatives, notably serving as Chair of the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Committee.
