Emil Iosipescu

Emil Iosipescu is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Design System Lead for Europe at Santander since September 2023. Emil is also the Founder and Director of Alaire Barcelona, an independent school for digital professionals, established in September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Design Director and Product Design Lead at Soluble, Design System Specialist at Banco Santander, and Product Design Lead at Domestika. Emil has held teaching positions in UX/UI specialization courses at LCI Barcelona and graphic design courses at the University of Buenos Aires. As co-founder of Galgo and a former UX/UI Lead at Bestia, Emil has cultivated a passion for creating innovative design solutions that closely align with client needs. Emil holds a Graphic Design degree from the University of Buenos Aires, attained in 2012.
