Leandro Maceri has over two decades of experience in the financial sector, specializing in late payment management and collections. Currently serving as the Team Leader for Mora Tardía at Banco Santander since September 2019, Leandro oversees the management of late payments across various banking segments, including individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients. Previously, at Santander Río from October 2002 to September 2019, Leandro held multiple leadership roles, including Team Leader for Late Payment Recoveries and Head of Legal Audits, where responsibilities included managing audit plans and monitoring collection processes. Leandro's educational background includes a degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, a postgraduate degree in Finance from UADE, and a management development program focused on human resources and personnel administration.
