Rafael E. Melendez

Rafael E. Melendez is an experienced technology and engineering leader currently serving as the Head Of Engineering at Grupo Santander since March 2021. Previously, Rafael held the position of Executive Director, Solutions Integration and Delivery at Scotiabank from April 2020 to February 2021. Rafael's extensive career at Ford Motor Company spanned from July 2006 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing regional digital marketing, overseeing IT for new manufacturing facilities in Mexico, leading a global Program Management team for enterprise projects, and supervising North America Manufacturing IT operations. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
