Sarah Marks

Sarah Marks currently serves as the Head of U.S. Corporate & Investment Banking Campus Recruitment at Santander, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Sarah was the Assistant Vice President of Campus Recruitment for Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory at Citi from May 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Campus Recruiter for Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse from October 2018 to April 2022, and various recruiting and human resources positions at Cantor Fitzgerald and Baptist Memorial Health Care. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi.
