Walter Batlouni Júnior

Walter Batlouni Jr. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Member of the Audit Committee at Instituto Votorantim since May 2024 and as Chief Auditor at banco BV since September 2022, Walter previously held significant roles at MUFG from November 2012 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing internal audit for Latin America, along with roles at Redecard, Banco Caixa Geral de Depositos, and ABN AMRO.
