Milica Aleksic

Milica Aleksic is an experienced nurse currently serving as the Lead Flight Nurse and Aeromedical Evacuation Team Leader at Bancroft Global Development since August 2020, overseeing 21 personnel across 6 stations in Somalia. Previously, Milica held nursing positions at the Military Medical Academy Belgrade, specializing in intensive care within the Coronary Unit, and worked with the United Nations as a registered nurse on the Air Medical Evacuation Team, providing critical patient care and transportation across various medical facilities. Milica's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science and ongoing graduate studies in Health Care Management at the Medical college of professional studies “Medika” Belgrade.
