Melisa Banks

MeLisa Banks is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at Kasasa since February 2013, MeLisa has previously held the position of General Counsel at Varilease Technology Finance Group, Inc., where responsibilities included legal compliance for multiple companies across five states. MeLisa has also worked as a Partner at Thompson Platte, PC, providing legal counsel to small business owners on a wide range of issues, and as an Associate at Thompson Morello, PC, practicing in areas such as litigation and corporate law. An alumnus of Cooley Law School with a Doctor of Law degree, MeLisa also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Michigan State University and an MBA from Walsh College.
