Steve Balistreri

Steve Balistreri has a diverse background in software development and consulting. Steve is currently the Managing Director at Band of Coders, where they oversee project strategy, product design, software architecture, client communication, team management, and project management. Prior to this role, Steve worked at IFS North America as a Software Engineer in R&D, where they delivered the next generation of a leading Field Service Management application. Steve has also worked as a Software Development Consultant at SafeNet Consulting and as a WordPress Development Consultant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Earlier in their career, Steve was the Lead Web Developer at Flipeleven Creative, where they managed a small team and implemented continuous integration using Git. Steve has experience as a Web Developer contractor at Flipeleven and as a Junior Web Developer at Core Creative.

Steve Balistreri attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2007 to 2011 but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. In 2008 and 2009, they also attended Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, focusing on Integrated Studio Art without earning a degree.
