Eve Nasby has held a number of roles in the workforce since 2009. In that year, they became the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board at House of Hope for Kids, a 501c3 dedicated to benefit the Foster Children of San Diego. In 2010, they joined Amerit Consulting as Vice President, where they were responsible for closing well over $500 million in contracts and $15 million worth of filled recruited and or payrolled business/year. In 2014, they became Vice President of Business Development at BRAVE (Division of Amerit Consulting). In 2017, Eve became the CEO of Infused, a diverse team of recruiters, and the TV Co-Host of Homefrontmedia.org, a platform dedicated to the military. Eve also became the Principal of Professional Military Recruiter, and the Radio Host/Producer of BRAVE RADIO. In 2018, they were appointed President of Band of Hands, a Workforce Mechanics Solution for Small Businesses. In 2019, they became a Columnist for Homeland Magazine, and in 2020, they founded the Hire Revolution Podcast.

Eve Nasby received their BA in Psychology, Foreign Language, and Communication from Purdue University between 1985 and 1988. In 2007, they attended the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation for Group Crisis Intervention and the Emergency Management Institute-FEMA for Introduction to the Incident Command System. Eve also attended Lafayette Jefferson High School.
