Zef Banda, Jr.

Zef Banda Jr., President and CEO of Banda Group International, LLC, is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over 30 years in the Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) field. He oversees all aspects of the company, which provides ES&H consulting and technical services to government organizations and Fortune 100 clients in the United States and overseas.

Mr. Banda has managed ES&H program activities of multi-million dollar construction projects in the United States, Israel, and Ireland. His construction management experience encompasses the following industries: pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, advanced technology, environmental, aviation and government. Mr. Banda has extensive experience in all aspects of ES&H services, including regulatory compliance, audits, training, as well as program development and implementation. A proven and experienced ES&H professional, Mr. Banda has successfully managed large-scale ES&H programs in a variety of industries throughout his career as a safety professional. He has supported commercial and government clients and understands how to implement all aspects of ES&H in diverse settings.

Mr. Banda holds a M.S. in Industrial Safety Management from Central Missouri State University, and a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Banda served in the United States Air Force for eight years, four of which were overseas.
